Be Healthy and Glow without Medication

To glow is to be radiant because of the healthy lifestyle choices we make.

At Ageless Jewel, our mission is to educate our audience on how to make healthy life choices.

Today, we highlight below a few of the choices we can make to radiate that glow. As the saying goes, health is wealth.

  1. Eat healthy, balance diet – Focus on whole, unprocessed food such as fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, eggs, lean grass-fed meat, grains, and beans. Avoid chemical, processed sugars, sugar substitutes, saturated fats and trans fats.
  2. Exercise – Exercise daily especially if your job is a sedentary job. Get aerobic exercise along with strength training and core strengthening exercise. Also engage in high intensity activities when possible.
  3. Reduce Stress – Good/ bad stress. Stress can affect our mental and emotional health. Stress reducing techniques include yoga, meditation, spirituality, social support, outdoor exercise.
  4. Avoid toxin, pollutants and chemical. Stay away from toxic household cleaners, bug sprays, pesticides, air fresheners, soaps, etc. Look for nontoxic alternatives. Check your water supply and home for toxins.
  5. Take Supplements - Vit D – Spend a few minutes in the Sun without sunscreen. The Sun is a good source of Vit D. Alternatively take Vit D supplements. Also, take a high-quality Omega 3 fatty acids. Consume animal-based Omega 3 fats on a regular basis.
